**Standard:** No commission, variable spreads.
**ECN:** Commission per lot, tighter spreads. Commission tracked per trade in Trader Journal.
**Nano account:** Very small lot sizes for beginners.
**Micro account:** Small lot sizes.
**PAMM accounts:** Alpari is one of the most established PAMM providers. Manager trades sync via the MT4 EA. Investor allocations are visible in balance changes.

## Troubleshooting

**Alpari entity:** Alpari operates through different companies in different countries. If your account is with Alpari.com (Alpari Bermuda), make sure you are using the Alpari.com installer, not a regional version.

**MT4 vs MT5:** Alpari offers both. If you have an MT5 account, use `TraderJournal.ex5` and place in MQL5 → Experts.
